Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with referral sources, and generating leads to drive company growth. This role will focus on developing partnerships with property managers, insurance agents, real estate professionals, commercial facilities, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key referral partners and industry contacts.
- Conduct field visits, attend networking events, and participate in local industry associations.
- Represent Restoration 1 at trade shows, expos, and community events.
- Follow up on leads and referrals, track interactions, and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Provide weekly activity reports and performance updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, business development, or marketing (restoration industry preferred).
- Strong network in the property management, insurance, or real estate sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
