Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational activities of Restoration 1 of Washington DC to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals. This position requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of operational processes to optimize performance and to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain business continuity
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and HR
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including process optimization and technology integration
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management specifically in disaster restoration industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in operations management software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary: $75,000-$100,000
